Fees

The fees in our office are based on the care, skill, time and judgment necessary to help treat your condition. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to treatment. The patient’s portion is due at the time of services rendered. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards. 

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
  

Dental Insurance

Our practice is insurance friendly and our staff will submit all necessary insurance forms on your behalf. This service is completed free of charge. You will receive benefits directly from the insurance company. When necessary and within reason, we also will submit, upon request, narratives and documentation to your insurance company concerning therapy provided. This service will be provided at no additional fee.
